Cottonwood GM

I just wanted to say I was having a great, relaxing day at Ivanhoe on Sunday 4/6 when I met their "GM" who on the 16th tee accused me of jumping in front of his group and was an ass about it, ruined my day. Anyone who knows this guy should mention to him that on a Sunday morning with not many on his course good customer service should be the rule, NOT pissing them off for no reason and then not apologizing whatsoever. I am the last person in the world to "jump" around on a golf course. I appreciate order and calm, and this guy Rex Cole stomped all over that. He won't see any of my money ever again. Sorry, had to vent!
