How it Works
Individual Stroke Play
Individual event with a maximum score per hole.
How it Works
- Each player plays their own ball
- Maximum scores are applied to keep pace of play moving
Maximum Scores
- Par 3: 7
- Par 4: 8
- Par 5: 9
Scoring
- Players must putt everything out, no gimmies
- Players should pick up once they reach the maximum score
Tiebreakers / Card-Offs
- Ties are broken using the USGA scorecard card-off method based on net scores.
- Comparison order: Back 9 > Last 6 > Last 3 > 18th hole.
- Card-offs are applied within each flight.

Event Description
After the round, grab a beer as we'll have a special screening of Hope and Crosby's never before seen first Road movie, filmed right here at a brand new Balboa Park golf course in 1935. Nothing like a good old Saturday matinee
$20 entry covers the event and Closest to the Pins
Optional gross skins game
Tee times from 7:15- 9:30
Rounds will be posted by the Event Director for handicap purposes
