What Happens After You Sign Up?
The process differs depending on whether you are a new member or renewing an existing membership.
Renewing Your Membership
Fully automated — no action needed on your end.
Once your renewal is processed through the SCGA, your website account is updated automatically. You can continue logging in as usual with no interruption.
New Member Accounts
New memberships require a brief verification process before your website account is created. Here is what to expect:
- Complete your membership purchase on the SCGA website.
- The club receives confirmation and verifies your membership — this typically takes 3–5 business days.
- Once verified, an admin sets up your website account. You will receive an email with your login credentials.

- All Individual Events Flighted with Low Gross and Low Net Payouts

- Closest to the Pin Contests Included in Entry Fee
Competitive Events at Balboa Park
Our events are competitive with a variety of formats. We typically pay out the top 40% of the field, so there are plenty of chances to win. Come improve your game and enjoy some great golf on one of San Diego's premier public courses!
