President's Comments January 2013

As I write this we are about to enter 2013 and I hope each of you have a safe and happy new year. I also hope we have better luck with the weather and get all our events off as scheduled. I want to remind everyone that our meeting of the men's club will not be on the 1st, but instead on the 8th and the next day (9th) is our first tournament of the year. It starts a new Dash for Cash and is an individual low gross/net tournament. Peter Berkhas the sign up sheet posted on the site, do fill the slots. During this year the city will be installing cart paths for the entire course, which will eliminate no cart rounds, once completed. Course conditions are beautiful, so take advantage of it. I and our 2013 board look forward to serving you and have high hopes that we can make the club better and better, with your input. It is your club and our job is to serve you. It is true that sometimes we may make decisions that do not please everyone, but we are doing the best we can. I look forward to seeing all of you this year and maybe getting the chance to play a round with you, providing you can stomach my game. In the mean time - Grip it and Rip it!
